If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
No cancelations are entertained once the order has been placed.

Our pieces are handmade, and takes time to process and dispatch, if anything urgent we request to drop us a WhatApp and request for an immediate dispatch. We shall try our best to fulfill the same.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns/cancellations or exchanges. Also on all the international orders shipping charges are to be borne by the client.
We reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain orders due to reasons such as unavailability of materials, incorrect product listings or pricing, or issues flagged by our analytics team regarding payment-related or fraudulent activities. For prepaid orders canceled by Traditional Chikankari House, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s registered bank account. We will notify the customer via email. Our decision to accept or cancel orders is final and binding.
Cancellations of prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge, (payment gateway fees).
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
If you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange. Unboxing video is compulsory to claim missing or damaged products.
We don’t do exchanges for Unstitched suit sets at all.
If we don't have your purchased item in the size you need or the same exact item in case of any other issues, we will provide store credit in such cases.
The Goods are in the original packaging
We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes.There is bound to be variations in colour, variation in motifs, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your screen for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
19-20 ka Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. we can exchange the item incase the wrong item is sent by us.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Please make a full 360 video of unboxing the parcel and check the garment as we cannot accept returns if the defect is not on video tape
We accept exchanges on the basis of sizes.
If after multiple re-attempts for delivery of the product, the product is shipped back to TCH, after which the customer asks for re-delivery, the customer shall have to bear the complete RTO charges levied by the delivery partner on TCH.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for all the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Email us on teams@traditionalchikankarihouse.com to get the address.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If you want us to pick up the item and get it delivered with the exchanged item you will need to bear all the cost.
How can I use my TCH Exchange GIFT CARD?

You can use the gift credit amount to purchase anything available on the website.
2. There is no time limit or expiry date of credit amount.
3. Once you proceed to the checkout, you have to enter the code mentioned in the gift card and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total purchase.
How to Exchange your product?
If the customer wishes to exchange the product, she/he has to follow the steps given below -
1. Confirm with our Exchange Eligibility guidelines mentioned below before proceeding with the request. If your request
does not match our guidelines the request will be nullified. 2. If your concern is meeting with our exchange guidelines, mail us at team@traditionalchikankarihouse.com with email subject as EXCHANGE and your #ORDER NUMBER. (Please note - You will receive a reply to your mail within 24-48 hours.)
3. We will share the address of our warehouse where you have to ship the product back to us. If the product comes back in bad condition the exchange will be nullified.
4. After a quality check and confirmation from our end, we will email you a GIFT CARD of the same amount.
